This policy explains what THE LAWN STORY LLC collects when you contact us through pulfrend.shop, call the shop, or hire us for lawn work at your property. We are a local lawn maintenance company — we are not a data broker and we do not run a store, a login area, or any kind of online checkout.
What we collect
- What you send us. Name, phone number or email, property address, and whatever you write in the quote form or say on the phone (lot size, gate width, dogs in the yard, what the grass looks like).
- Service records. Dates we cut, what was done, and what we invoiced, so a recurring customer's route day and price history are on file.
- Basic server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
What we do with it
We use it to quote the job, schedule the crew, show up at the right address, invoice you, and answer you if you call back. That is the whole list.
What we never do
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to get the work done: the owner, the crew scheduled to your property, and the payment processor that handles a card charge if you pay by card. We also disclose information if Florida or federal law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site serves the same static pages to every visitor and to every crawler. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site trackers. Any measurement is limited to aggregate page counts, which cannot identify you.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that never turn into a job are discarded within about a year. Records for customers we actually served are kept as long as Florida tax and business record requirements call for.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it — other than records we are required to keep for tax purposes. Call (813) 402-7196 or write to info@pulfrend.shop. Ask to stop receiving reminder texts and we stop; that will not affect your service.
Children
Our services are hired by adults and this site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
